The Colorado Rockies joined MLB in 1993.
1993
Home, road and black alternate jerseys debut. Black and purple colorway. There's no NOB on home jerseys.

Team issued home jerseys made by Russell Athletic have the team name embossed on button edges, the only team to do this. Inaugural season patch worn in 1993.
1994-96
NOB added to home jersey. On road jersey, wordmark changed to purple to make it easier to see, sleeve trim simplified, and NOB goes on a nameplate. Alternate was used only twice in 1993, and goes away.

MLB 125th Anniversary patch worn in 1994.
1997-99
Road jersey no longer has a NOB nameplate.

All Star game patch worn in 1998.
2000-01
Front number added to all jerseys. Road jersey script changed to "COLORADO" and pinstripes added. Alternate jersey. Purple-billed road cap added.

Alternate home jersey added with "CR" logo.

10th anniversary patch worn in 2002.
Alternate purple cap joins the set in 2004.
2005
Alternate home jersey changed to a sleeveless vest. A black alternate vest, worn home and road, is introduced. At first it's worn with a purple undershirt but that quickly changes to black in 2005.
